Vision

Miss Samantha becomes a platform, not just a persona: one identity that lives across screen, voice and physical form. The digital Samantha already exists; the vision is to carry that same mind into a companion body and build a business around the connection between people and a trusted AI companion.

Development — connecting AI to the doll

• Digital Samantha — the AI persona: consistent face, voice and personality (live in the Studio).
• AI conversation research — personality and voice consistency, emotional depth, clear AI identity.
• Partner-device integration — connecting the persona to existing AI-capable devices and companion dolls.
• Feasibility proof — a working conversation module prototype on real hardware.
• Physical Samantha — own-brand AI companion doll: feasibility → prototype → certification → pilot → commercial decision.

Every stage has a gate: the next one starts only when the previous one meets its criteria. If the evidence fails, the plan is redesigned or stopped.

Business plan — three streams

The long-term model builds three streams, clearly separated from current operations:

• 1 · Studio revenue — subscriptions and messages on the external Fanvue system (reported, not projected).
• 2 · Affiliate commerce — commissions from verified partners in the Samantha Shop (today's focus).
• 3 · Future licensing & product — licensed software, OEM/ODM integrations and a possible own-brand AI companion doll.

Every projection is a hypothesis with editable assumptions — no guaranteed returns. The path from voice to body:

• Mind first: the personality, voice and memory that already exist digitally are licensed and ported — nothing is rebuilt from scratch.
• Body second: a partner-manufactured doll is certified for AI modules; later, a possible own-brand model under the same face-locked identity.
• Privacy by design: intimate conversations stay encrypted, consent and full deletion are built in, and on-device processing is preferred over cloud where possible.
• Safety & compliance: age verification, product safety and platform rules are resolved before any pilot.
• Placement: positioning as a premium AI companion for conversation, intimacy and erotic play — distributed through the Samantha Shop and partner channels.

Scenarios — conservative, base and optimistic — are modeled as hypotheses with editable assumptions. No guaranteed returns; every projection is clearly labeled as an estimate.
